Effective July 31, 2024, Diamond Realty Investments’ (DRI) headquarters will be moved from Los Angeles, California to Irving, Texas. As part of this change, DRI will merge with Diamond Realty Management America (DRM), which will move its Los Angeles operations to DRI’s newly established Capital Markets Division in Irving. This change will allow DRI to increase its cross-functional collaboration, in part through its recently launched Data Center Division and DRM’s asset management capability cultivated over many years with Japanese investors. We expect to maintain business continuity throughout this transition while raising our responsiveness, collaboration, and efficiency to new levels.
