William Ogawa serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets at DRI, where he develops and promotes new co-investment projects with investors for DRI’s existing development projects. He also provides advisory services for various equity and debt real estate funds managed by Diamond Realty Management (DREAM).

Most recently, William served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Diamond Realty Management America (DRM), where he oversaw all of DRM’s operations. Additionally, under the leadership and vision of the President and CEO, he directed and managed strategic initiatives aimed at guiding the company’s direction. Prior to this, he was the Manager of the North American Real Estate Management Business at Diamond Realty Management (DREAM) in Tokyo.

Before joining DREAM, William was with Mitsubishi Corporation and was seconded to Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, where he advanced a wide range of real estate development and management projects, including residential, logistics, and commercial properties across Japan and China.

William holds an M.S. in Creative Science and Engineering from Waseda University.
