As Managing Director of Diamond Realty’s Industrial Investment Department, David Richards is responsible for the acquisition, analysis, and investment in new industrial projects across the United States. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee, identifying and developing new investment markets.

Following a successful 9-year career in the National Football League as an offensive lineman, David earned an additional 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to Diamond Realty, he held executive management positions at leading U.S. real estate firms including Grubb & Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle.

David is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), The Salesmanship Club of Dallas, and is active with the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate.
