Anthony Strauser brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to his position as Diamond Realty’s Executive Vice President. His responsibilities include leading the Residential department and monitoring the management and operations of the multifamily and student housing, and assisting with the industrial and medical office projects, as well as monitoring the construction, leasing and disposition processes and relationships with Diamond Realty’s development partners.

Prior to joining Diamond Realty, Anthony spent the better part of a decade with Dallas-based Behringer Harvard, leading the asset management of multifamily, student housing, industrial, office and retail properties. Prior to Behringer, Anthony served nearly five years with iStar Financial – a commercial real estate finance company.

Anthony received a BBA in Finance from Kent State University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM) designation.
