Our Fund Advisory Services platform supports institutional real estate investments by providing strategic asset management and advisory services to affiliated investment funds.In July 2024, Diamond Realty Investments Inc. merged with Diamond Realty Management America Inc. Since then, we have served as an U.S. real estate asset management platform, supporting the investment funds managed by our Japanese counterpart, Diamond Realty Management Inc. To address the diverse needs of investors, four types of investment fund strategies are currently offered:
