Since 2026, Kosei has served as President & CEO, MCDI. He brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy, portfolio management, structured finance, M&A-driven business development, and corporate turnarounds across the data center, aviation finance, real estate, and corporate planning sectors.

Previously, Kosei served as CEO of MC Digital Realty starting in 2023, leading the expansion of the joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty to establish it as one of Japan’s premier data center operators. Prior to that, he spearheaded major portfolio initiatives, including the rebalancing of a USD 4 billion global real estate portfolio and the management of a JPY 10 trillion diversified asset portfolio spanning multiple industries. Kosei has also held executive leadership positions across organizations in both Japan and the United States.
