Kiyoto Kiso has over 14 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and corporate strategy. As Head of Human Resources and General Administration, at Diamond Realty Investments Inc., he leads the company’s human resources strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives in support of the company’s long-term business objectives and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Diamond Realty, Kiyoto was with Mitsubishi Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate-wide HR strategy planning, organizational transformation, and human capital disclosure initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held HR and corporate development roles at Recruit Holdings and its group companies, leading cross-border M&A HR due diligence and post-merger integration projects, global mobility programs, and the design of compensation, evaluation, and organizational frameworks for new businesses and subsidiaries.

Kiyoto holds a Master’s degree from Keio University.
