Scott Brady brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry to his position of Managing Director in the Data Center Division of Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.

Starting his career with Bell Labs, Scott progressed from operating and maintaining, to building and leading teams in the critical facilities industry. The companies he worked for include: AT&T, Hines Real Estate, Wells Fargo, and Meta. Scott has been integral to many LEED Projects including Eighth Avenue Place, a LEED Platinum tower in Calgary, AB.

During his tenure at Wells Fargo Bank, he rebuilt the critical facilities team globally, while reducing human error and increasing availability. Most recently, Scott managed two campuses for Meta, both in the Metro Atlanta area. The site known as NCG, is a 150 megawatt, fully operational data center focusing on AI implementation. The second site, MWG, is under construction with a planned 90 megawatts of traditional critical load, and another 60 megawatts of planned temporary IT load.

Scott is completing his third and final year at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK, in the Masters in Data Centre Leadership and Management Program.
